Littering

 Litter is caused by people leaving rubbish around in public. A lot of people are leaving rubbish instead of picking rubbish up and putting it in the bin. For example if you're walking with your mate or a sibling and you throw rubbish then they're gonna think that dropping rubbish is a good thing to do, and they’re end up making the environment look bad and stin

WALT use the S.E.E.E structure to write an explanation about friendship.

Introduction What are you going to explain?  How will you hook the reader in?	What is friendship  Friendship is having heaps of cool friends Friendship is like you have a friend at school
Paragraph One What is your first statement or main point? (S.E.E.E)	I think friendship Is having heaps of friends. Because we can play the game with each other and look out for each other. Its fun to play the game with my friends
Paragraph Two What is your second statement or main point? (S.E.E.E)	I think it is cool to have lots of friends at school. We can share our Ideas and work together.
Paragraph Three What is your third statement or main point? (S.E.E.E)	At school you should have lots of friends in class and they can help me you if you need help
Conclusion The conclusion sums up all the ideas and repeats a key message to end.  This could be a recommendation or a personal connection.	Friendship is cool. Friendship makes me happy

Ripper tag today in the moring room 8 and 9  went out to the field to learn how to play ripper tag and the skills and we had to pass the rugby ball to your team and the other team had to dry get the ball off us

Athletics day

Today we had Athletics day and our house
colors were green, blue, yellow, red and we
were racing on the grass after morning tea
and then after lunch we did the finals race
and then we had to pick up the rubbish and
then we went back home at the end of the
day. THE END

Europeans arrived Aotearoa

They bring changes and they bring sticks and wood and flaxs europeans arrived aotearoa ve the make that with sticks woods and changes and the paint that woods  and then the marae was our dan and then all of them all of them went home to sleep and then the next day they came back and did the mario all up and the buildings in the mariol all done so funny they get to go home for a kai and a big sleep and they made the path up so now the people that got that mario so now go around it and go inside it and and now it looks really cool and now people can sleep in there because it's all done up now and it a new mario and the men who did this he worked very hard on building this big mario and it look cool because there's big trees right next to the big marae

On  togan week room 8 and
  5 perform on the stage and
room 9 boys did a dance and
parents were coming up to
give money to their kids that
were on stage and we had it at
the somerville stage and when
we got back and went to
the hall and got a kai and
then we went back to our
class the end.

The boy and the girl

The boy and the girl went to the
beach and made a hole so they
could drink the water. They got a
bucket and fetched the water  for
their parents and brothers and
sisters. Then they go to school. The
next two years the 1500 people are
able to   grow vegetables. Then the
man puts the food on the plates for
all the kids to sit down on the grass
and eat it then they go back to their
homes and watch TV and cook
dinner. After that they go to sleep for
school. THE END.
